Application screening

it is a process to assess basic qualification of the applicants to perform a task like adequacy, knowledge, experience, capability, certificate, attitude, etc. Whether he or she is the one required by the company and if what he or she wrote in the document is true or not are checked.
And, the applicant's aptitude, nature, and attitude required as a businessman are comprehensively reviewed and assessed.

interview

  • Aptitude test : applicants are asked to answer various questions in limited time. It is aimed to comprehensively assess his or her interpersonal ability, sociality, ability to perform a task, etc.
  • Job competency test : it is the stage to intensively assess the applicant's basic ability to perform a task in a company. Assessing command of a foreign language may be included, if necessary.
  • Interview : the applicant's detailed major, adequacy of research area, specialized research experience, and ability to perform the research task are assessed.
※ The applicant's basic aptitude, sense of values, major, management knowledge, and ability and attitude to handle various situations are comprehensively assessed.

Physical examination

After a physical examination of those who passed the interview, those who will be employed are chosen.
